SKIN TYPE | DAILY PREFERENCES

Tell me about your skin- How does your skin feel most of the time? - Combination (sometimes shiny/oily in t-zone but cheek area feels comfortable) Oily (get shiny quickly throughout the day, often shiny over most of the face), Dry (often feels tight, itchy, lacks radiance, dry patches and uneven texture) or Normal (even tone, feels comfortable throughout the day).

Do you have any concerns with your skin that you would like to address? If you had a magic wand and could change anything about your skin, what would it be?

Do you have a current skincare routine, if so tell me about your routine morning and night? What products do you use and love? (skincare specifically, not makeup)

Tell me about your daily makeup application/routine? What products do you use and how often? Do you lean more minimalistic or are you a makeup junkie?

Tell me all about your dream Bridal makeup look? Feel free to bring any inspiration or “Pin-spiration” pictures you might have to your trial. Not sure what you want for your bridal look? That’s totally alright we will go over this together in great detail!!

How do you plan to have your hair styled? Up, down, hair up/down?

Is there anything you MUST see in your bridal makeup look? What features do you want to accentuate the most?

Is there anything you would NOT like in your bridal makeup look?

BRIDAL + WEDDING PARTY SPECIFICS

Please list the first and last names as well as email address for each person receiving a makeup service. Also indicate their position in the bridal party (Exp- Maid of Honour, Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride/Groom etc). If you have a mobile Hairstylist, please also note which bridal party members will have their hair done as well.

Each person receiving a service will be sent a consent form which must be completed prior to their appointment time on the event date.

What are your wedding colours and or theme/feel of your wedding? (Think Décor, and visual style- The more detail the better!)

What is your bridal party wearing? Do you have any preferences for the Bridal party look? (makeup and hairstyle preferences)

REMINDERS ::

Please remind anyone getting their makeup done to arrive with totally clean skin, preferably prepped with their favourite skincare products. If they do not have skincare products available we can apply ours, however please keep in mind this can add extra time to the service, as does the removal of any makeup prior to application. Remember to wear a button down shirt or something that can very easily be removed as to not affect the makeup application or hairstyle. As part of your service I provide a timeline/schedule for the morning of to help things run as smoothly as possible! It is important all party members are aware of and ready for their time slot. This helps to ensure we stay on time for the day and ultimately allows for an easier flow for your morning. Let us know of any and all allergies, skin concerns/issues or anything else that may impact the makeup application process.
